The MBTI helps identify personal preferences, that is to say one’s “natural” or spontaneous tendencies in terms of reaction to a situation, in an unstressed environment. This tool has the advantage of identifying, in each personality, strengths and development axis in a non-stigmatizing approach.
The MBTI distinguishes four dimensions, each with two opposite polarities :

The term mergers and acquisitions (sometimes referred to as “FUSAC” or M & A Mergers and Acquisitions) covers various aspects of the takeover of a company by another company within the business’ corporate finance areas, of strategy and management of financial operations. The acquired company can maintain its integrity, or be fused with the acquiring company. MOA Business Analyst
He or she is the carrier entity need, which defines the objective of the project, its timetable and the budget. The expected result of the project is the realization of a product, called work.

MOE Project Owner
The term project owner refers to the part relating to work contracts, a natural or legal person who, for his or her competence, can be given the work by the contracting authority :
- To assist in the consulting company step and in the conclusion of the contract(s) with the contractor(s).
- To direct the execution of the work contract(s).
- To assist the project manager in the reception of the work and in the settlement of the accounts with the contractors. It is most often used in conjunction with the term client which means the owner of the facility or sponsor of the work (State, local authorities, public corporations, private client), and performs procurement. Initially used in the field of building and public works, the diptych client / project manager is widely used in the field of IT, both in the public procurement and in the private sector.
In the case of a project, it is the responsible function of its technical implementation, based on the functional specifications received from the MOA.

Pareto (law of Pareto)
The Pareto analyzes the relationship between the frequency of an observation and the monetary cost or consumption in a given resource. Empirically, 20% of the observations correspond to 80% of the total cost or total available resources. In other words, as part of a reengineering, using a Pareto helps determine the efforts that are needed.
The PERT graphic (acronym for Project Evaluation and Technical Review) enables to visualize the dependence of the tasks defined in the framework of a project and to proceed with their scheduling. For each task is set a start date, an end date at the earliest and an end date at the latest. The purpose of this tool is to define the best possible organization for a project to be completed as soon as possible, and identify critical tasks, that is to say, the tasks that must not suffer from any delay, risking to delay the entire project.
PMBOK stands for Project Management Body of Knowledge. This is in fact one of the main (with Prince2) standardization project management attempts. The PMBOK is owned by the Project Management Institute.

Transactional Analysis (TA)
Every day we have to play multiple roles. Depending on the situation and the people we met, our attitudes vary, more or less consciously. This is how we express our personality. According to the theory of transactional analysis, we can find ourselves, in turns, in the “Parent”, the “Adult” or the “Child” role and in the logic of each of these roles, we place ourselves in a relationship of domination, exchange or submission.
